Most of my meetings aren't really about money.
The money matters, of course. But it's there to serve the life, not the other way round.
Why I started Henley & Co.
Before setting up on my own, I spent many years working in larger firms. I learned a lot and I worked with good people. But I kept seeing the same things: clients passed between people, meetings squeezed into slots, and conversations steered towards products.
The part I enjoyed most was sitting down with someone and working out what they actually wanted from the next twenty years. It was also the part there was least time for.
So in 2026 I set up Henley & Co to do it the other way round. Time first. The person first. The money in service of both.
Why my client list is capped.
I only work with a limited number of families, and I don't plan to change that.
It means that when you ring, I answer, and I know who you are without looking you up. It means your annual review is a proper conversation, not a box being ticked. And it means I sometimes have to tell people I can't take them on yet.
I'd rather do that than spread myself thin.
The formal bit.

Worth twenty minutes?
If it would help to talk it through, I'm happy to. A short call, no charge, no pressure. If you go further, you'll see exactly what it costs in writing before you agree to anything.
